Your first evening is taken care of. Settle into the relaxed surroundings of Merchants Brasserie and enjoy a £30 dinner allowance per person to spend on your choice of dishes from the menu.
With nowhere else you need to be, you can settle in, order a drink and enjoy an unhurried evening before retiring upstairs.
