We use a ‘Best Price Guaranteed’ policy to show that our prices are accurate and as low as possible - however on the rare occasion you do manage to find a cheaper deal elsewhere, we will price match, this goes even if you’ve already booked elsewhere as long as you contact us 24 hours from having booked, it’s one of the many reasons why our guests return year after year.

How does the Best Rate Guarantee Work?

Brend Hotels “Best Price Guarantee” applies only to rates available to the general public.

Please note you will first need to make your reservation either through our website or through one of our reservation team before you can submit a claim. All claims need to be made via email. 

Upon verification of your claim, Brend Hotels will honour the rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found.

Rooms on the other websites must be bookable on the internet at the time of verification.

How to Make a Claim

Please forward your reservation confirmation email received together with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your reservation number
  • Your arrival date
  • The number of room nights our reservation is for
  • A print screen of the website where the lower rate is available and the website address
