Lighting up the Village
Clovelly Village
Starting from 4.00 pm - 10.00 pm
This year, Clovelly's Christmas light switch-on event promises to be a heartwarming and charitable affair as it proudly supports the R.N.L.I. As the picturesque coastal village readies itself for the festive season, locals and visitors alike eagerly anticipate the magical moment when the lights will illuminate the charming cobbled streets and historic buildings.
There will be a hog roast, hot dogs, Christmas grog and other refreshments available a the Habour and Lifeboat station, as well as a surprise visit from Father Christmas. After the carol service led by the local vicar and sung by the local choir, the switch is thrown and the entire village and harbour will be lit up in lights. Then be sure to stick around for the grand finale of fireworks to finish off the festivities.
Entrance Fee is £10 per car at the Visitor Centre after 2 pm. All proceeds go to the R.N.L.I
