Frequently Asked Questions

1. What time is check-in? 

You can check into the hotel from 3pm. On the day of departure, you will be required to check out of your room by 11am, but are welcome to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities.

3. Do you have on-site parking? 

We have two car parks which are available free of charge for guests. One directly opposite the hotel and one overflow car park 20 yards up the hill on the right-hand side. These are both barrier operated and you will need to collect a token from reception before departure.

4. What time is breakfast? 

Breakfast is served Monday - Friday from 7.30am-9.30am, and Sunday from 8am-10am.

5. What time is dinner served? 

Dinner is served daily from 6.30-9.30pm in our Regency Restaurant and Bar. 

6. Are you a dog-friendly hotel? 

Yes, we are. All of our rooms are dog friendly, we simply charge £10 per night per dog on top of your booking. During your stay your dog will be allowed to accompany you into our bar area, however unfortunately we do not allow dogs in the main restaurant.

7. Do the rooms have tea/coffee making facilities?

Every room comes with tea/coffee making facilities as standard.

8. Do you have a lift to all floors?

Yes, we do.

9. Do you have a swimming pool?

We don’t have a swimming pool onsite, but as a guest, you are entitled to use the leisure facilities at our sister hotel, The Barnstaple Hotel which is just a 15-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy access to an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness suite, his & her saunas as well as a relaxation suite.

10. Do you have bike storage? 

Yes, we do. Whether you bring your own or hire one out for the duration of your stay.
